Passed I.S.C. Examination (12-year course) of the CISCE or S.S.C. Examination (12-year course) of CBSE or Any other examination recognized as equivalent to S.S.C. Examination from a recognized School/College/Institute and securing 60% marks (54% marks for SC/ ST/ PD/ Kashmiri Migrant category candidates, 57% marks for OBC-NCL/ Defence category candidates) in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates must have passed English as a subject of study of the S.S.C. Examination Level (Core or Elective) and she must have passed in each subject separately.
Note: The applicant must be 17 years of age and maximum 25 years of age on or before 1st October of the year of admission. The relaxation in minimum age up to one year only with the approval of Competent Authority is permissible (Such candidate should apply for relaxation only at the time of admission). The candidates who are short in age by more than one year are not eligible for admission.

The admission is based on the merit/ rank in the JEE (Main) Paper 1 conducted by National Testing Agency (For details visit www.nta.ac.in or https://jeemain.nta.nic.in). The On-line Counselling for admission is conducted by Joint Admission Counselling Committee. The candidates are required to fill On-line Application form for admission in the month of April/May every year (For details visit https://jacdelhi.nic.in/publicinfo/public/home.aspx).
Note: 85% of the total seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Delhi Region (Students passing the qualifying examination from recognized Board/ College/ Institution located within the NCT of Delhi only) and 15% of the total seats for candidates belonging to outside Delhi Region (Students passing the qualifying examination from recognized Board/ College/ Institution located outside the NCT of Delhi). For a candidate who has passed the qualifying examination through Patrachar Vidyalaya, Delhi/ NIOS, Delhi, the criterion for deciding the region shall be the location of his Centre of examination.

(Computer Science/IT) OR M.Sc. (Math/ Statistics) with Computer/ IT as a major subject.
For M.Tech. VLSI Design: B.E./ B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engg./ Electrical & Electronics Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Electronics & Instrumentation Engg./ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg./ Computer Science Engg./ Information Technology/ Information Science Engg. or equivalent from a recognized University OR AMIE/ AMIETE in relevant discipline OR M.Sc. (Electronics/Physics with Electronics/ Informatics/ Computer Science).
For M.Tech. Robotics & Automation: B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Engg./ Instrumentation & Control Engg./ Electronics & Communication Engg./ Electrical Engg./ Production Engg./ Mechanical & Automation Engg./ Industrial Engg./ Automobile Engg./ Information Technology/ Computer Science and Engg. or equivalent from a recognized University OR AMIE/ AMIETE in relevant discipline.
Note: The candidates belonging to General category should have scored 60% marks, the SC/ ST/ PD/ Kashmiri Migrant category candidates should have scored 54% marks and OBC-NCL/ Defence category candidates should have scored 57% marks in the Qualifying examination. The candidates appearing in Final year/semester of their qualifying degree may also apply.

The Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women invites On-line Applications in the month of April/May every year. All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only. The admission is based on the score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE conducted jointly by the IISc and all the IITs. The vacant seats, thereafter, are filled on the basis of the marks secured in the Qualifying examination. Two Academic years comprising of 4 Semesters.

For Engineering: M.E./ M.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant discipline and B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution.
For Computer Applications: MCA and Graduation Degree (with Sciences and Mathematics) with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution.
For Sciences: Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline and Undergraduate Degree in the relevant discipline with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution.
For Humanities: Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline and Undergraduate Degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Institution.
Note: The SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ PD category candidates are allowed 5% relaxation of marks in the minimum eligibility requirement. The applicants appearing in Final year/semester of their qualifying degree may also apply. There is no minimum & maximum age criteria.
For Full-Time Ph.D. (Sponsored) & Part-Time Ph.D. (Sponsored) Programs: In addition to fulfilling the above stated eligibility conditions, the applicant should be presently employed under any of the following categories : (i) working in Organizations which have MOU with IGDTUW. (ii) working on Full-Time basis (regular/adhoc/contract) in a National Level R&D Lab/ a reputed Organization/ recognized Educational Institution/ University/ PSU/ Corporate/ Industry registered under Companies Act & she gets a NOC from her employer, at the time of provisional registration. The applicant must possess at least two years of relevant work experience.
For IGDTUW-Junior Research Fellow: In addition to fulfilling the above stated eligibility conditions, the candidate has qualified UGC-CSIR-JRF/ NET examination or has qualified GATE with a score above the minimum cut off or has qualified Research Aptitude Test (RAT) examination. A candidate who has appeared in the above examinations but is awaiting results may also apply. However, she shall be required to produce a valid documentary evidence of having qualified the examination at the time of Interview. The candidate should not be receiving any financial assistance from any other sources.

The Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women invites On-line Applications in the month of April/May every year. All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only. The admission is based on the score in a Written Test (Research Aptitude Test, RAT) conducted by IGDTUW at the University Campus. The candidate has to score 50% marks to qualify RAT exam. A relaxation of 5% marks is allowed for SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ PD category candidates to qualify the RAT exam. The syllabus of the RAT exam consists of 50% of Research Methodology & 50% subject specific and is made available on the University Website. These category of candidates are exempted from RAT examination and are allowed to appear in the Interview directly: (i) Full-Time female teaching staff (Faculty) of IGDTUW, (ii) Sponsored applicants from organizations having MOU with the University, (iii) Applicants who have qualified UGC-CSIR-JRF/NET OR have qualified GATE with a score above the minimum cut-off and successfully completed requisite Master’s degree, (iv) Foreign students who apply through Ministry of HRD or foreign students under a Cultural Exchange Scholarship Course of Govt. of India.

Five Academic years comprising of 10 Semesters.

Passed S.S.C. Exam (12-year course) of CBSE/ I.S.C. Exam (12-year course) of the CISCE/ Any other exam recognized as equivalent to S.S.C. Exam of CBSE/ The final exam of 10+2 system conducted by a Central or State Board recognized by the AIU with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution. The candidate should have passed English (Core/ Elective/ Functional) as a subject. There is relaxation of marks in the minimum eligibility requirements : 10% for SC/ ST/ PD category candidates and 5% for OBC-NCL/ Defence category candidates. Those who are appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply, provided that they submit the proof of eligibility by specified date.

The Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women uploads Information bulletin & Application form on CMAC website in the month of April/May every year. All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only. The Centrallized Counselling is conducted by Common Management Admission Committee, Delhi. The admission is made on the basis of marks in best of four subjects (including English) in the Qualifying examination. Vocational Courses are not counted in the best of four subjects (For details visit https://cmac.admissions.nic.in/webinfo/Public/Home.aspx).

The candidates appearing in Final year/semester of their qualifying degree may also apply.

Those who are appearing in final semester examination may also apply provided that they submit the proof of eligibility by specified date.
The candidate should hold a degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 OR possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India.

All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only. The admission is based on the score in the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by one of the IIMs’. The candidates are short-listed on the basis of performance in CAT & are required to appear in GD & PI.

Two Academic years comprising of 4 Semesters.

Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University in any discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate and must also have passed Mathematics subject (core or elective or functional) at 10+2 level of the C.B.S.E. or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto OR BCA/ BIT/ BIS of a recognized University of at least three-year duration or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto, with at least 60% marks in aggregate. There is relaxation of marks in the minimum eligibility requirements : 10% for SC/ ST/ PD/ Kashmiri Migrant category candidates/ 5% for OBC-NCL/ Defence category candidates. The candidates appearing in Final year/semester of their qualifying degree may also apply.

The Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women invites On-line Applications in the month of April/May every year. All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only. The admission is based on the marks secured in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by IGDTUW at the University Campus.
