The Village of ‘Beer Bhan Ka Bass’ was gifted by Raja Bahadur Singh Shekhawat, the Raja of Khandela to Rao Daulat Singh, the son of Rao Jaswant Singh to mitigate the enmity on account of the murder of Daulat Singh’s father Rao Jaswant Singh. Rao Daulat Singh laid down the foundation stone of the Sikar fort on the raised ground of this village. The Fort was completed by his son Rao Shiv Singh who also built the Palaces of Sikar and the famous Temple of Gopinath Ji. He converted the Village into a beautiful town which is surrounded by strong and high boundary walls having seven gates.
