It is an ideal place for bird watchers especially from the month of August upto March when about 9000 Demoiselle Cranes visit here every year. Apart from these migratory birds, Peacocks can be seen here in good numbers. It has got international recognition and has been named as ‘the Demoiselle Cranes Village’.
