Also called ‘Swarg Suli’ or ‘heaven piercing minaret’ or ‘Swarga Suli’ or ‘Isharlat’ or ‘Isarlat’ or ‘Sargasooli’, this tower near Tripolia Gate was built by Raja Ishwari Singh in 1749 A.D to commemorate a grand victory.
