Collectively both the Van Vihar and Ramsagar Wildlife Sanctuaries are spread over an area of 59.86 Sq. Km. The Ramsagar Part has a beautiful Ramsagar Lake. It is house to rich aquatic life such as fresh water Crocodiles and various Species of fishes, besides local and migratory birds.
