The Phool Sagar Lake was got constructed in the 17th Century A.D. by Phool Lata, the Queen of Rao Raja Bhoj Singh (the ruler of Bundi between 1585-1608 A.D.). Later on a step well and living quarters were built here. It has immense natural beauty and attracts migrating birds during Winter Season.
The Phool Sagar Palace is located on the banks of Phool Sagar Lake. It was constructed in the year 1945 by Maharao Raja Bahadur Singh (1945-1977 A.D.). It is a huge fortress like structure and is now the residence of the descendants of the royal family. Prior permission of the secretary is needed to visit here.
