The candidates have to appear in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) which is a National level Online Test conducted by NIASA (National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture), Pune (for more information visit www.niasa.org). The test can be taken up after 10th standard and the score obtained is valid for 2 years. Improvement of scores can be made by taking the test any number of times. In order to pass the Architectural Aptitude Test, a candidate must obtain a minimum of 40% marks.
The admission to the 1st year of B.Arch. Course is done on the basis of merit based on the valid NATA score and marks obtained in the qualifying exam in the ratio 50:50.
