This Temple is situated at a distance of 6 Km from Udaipur Railway Station on a hill on the banks of the Fateh Sagar Lake in Udaipur City, District Udaipur, Rajasthan.

History of Temple Shri Nimach Mata Ji:

This Temple is dedicated to Goddess Nimach Mata Ji, the clan Goddess of the Maharanas of Mewar. It was built between 1652-1680 A.D. by Maharana Ranjeet Singh I, the ruler of Mewar.

Architecture of the Temple:

The Temple is built of stone and lime, has a high pinnacle and a Hawan Kunda outside the inner Temple. The Sanctum Sanctorum has the stone idol of the Goddess which is 56′ in height and 23′ in width.
