Location of Temple Shri Jagat Shiromani Ji:

This Temple is situated at a distance of 3 Km from Udaipur Railway Station, East of Pichola Lake and North of City Palace, in Udaipur City, District Udaipur, Rajasthan.

History of Temple Shri Jagat Shiromani Ji:

This Temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and Mata Radha. It is said that Maharani Baveliji of Mewar was a devotee of Lord Krishna whom she worshiped in his infant aspect. So this Temple was constructed in 1846 A.D. by King Swaroop Singh of Mewar.

Architecture of Temple Shri Jagat Shiromani Ji:

The Temple is built of white marble and has a very high pinnacle. The Sanctum Sanctorum has a 51 inches high black stone idol of Lord Krishna based on a 11 inches high platform and a 35 inches high white stone idol of Mata Radha based on a 10 inches high platform.

Visiting Hours in the Temple:

The Temple remains open on all days from 7.00 A.M. to 10.00 P.M.
