Location of Pava Puri Tirath Dham:

This Temple is situated at a distance of 22 Km from Sirohi City on Kandla Highway in District Sirohi, Rajasthan.

History of the Temple:

This Temple is dedicated to Shri Shankheshwar Parshavnath, the 23rd Tirthankar of Jains. It has been built by K.P. Sanghavi Charitable Trust.

Architecture of the Temple:

The Temple has two blocks – Sumati Jeevandaya Dham or Gou-Shala and Pava Puri Dham which has a Temple and a mess, Inn, lake and garden for the devotees. The administrative blocks and accommodation for saints and nuns are located nearby. Three statues of the builder’s ancestors are located on the main entrance. The Gou-shala has the capacity to feed more than 4500 cows at a time.

The whole plan of the Temple is multi-step moving from low land to high ground, representing the Temple like a lion on the hillocks. The Mandap of the Temple and the ceiling of the Shringar Chowki are adorned with Indian Iconographical Presentation. The main idol is installed on a pedestal carved with elephants, Yakshas and Gods.
