Location of the Temple:

This Temple is situated at a distance of 18 Km from Falna City, 10 Km from Javaibandh Railway Station and 6 Km from town Shivganj on the foot of hills near Village Jakhoda, District Pali, Rajasthan.

History & Architecture of the Temple:

This Temple is dedicated to Lord Shantinath, the Tirthankar of Jains. It is white colored and is said to be miraculous. There was acute scarcity of water in this area and there was no possibility of getting water in this stony land. But once the presiding deity indicated that there was water near the temple. When digging was done accordingly, sweet water was found in abundance. The Anjan Shalaka Ceremony of the idol was performed in the 15th Century A.D. The idol of Lord Shantinath is red-saffron colored, 35 cm in height and is seated in Padmasana posture.
