This Fort is located at a distance of 45 Km from Jhunjhunu City in town Mahansar, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
History of the Fort:
It was built in 1768 A.D. by Thakur Nahar Singh.
Architecture of the Fort:
It is a very strong Fort and is surrounded by deep trenches on all sides. Its rampart wall has 30 bastions at intervals and an imposing entrance gate approachable by a flight of stairs. It encloses many Palaces and a Baradari adorned with beautiful wall paintings, two ancient Temples and a well which was used during the war.
Visiting Hours in the Fort:
It has now been converted into a Heritage Hotel.
