Location of the Shrine:

This shrine complex is situated at the foot of the Kana Pahar Hill in Jhunjhunu City, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

History of the Shrine:

It is the tomb of a Muslim Saint named Kamruddin born in 1784 A.D. It was built in the mid-19th Century A.D.

Architecture of the Shrine:

A ramp leads to its huge gateway. It encloses a Mosque, a Mehfil khana (a Concert hall), a Madrassa (a Muslim School) and a little pyramid like structure erected for Major Henry Forster’s infant son who had died in 1841 A.D. The remains of murals of floral motifs can be seen around the courtyard.
