Location of Mehandipur Bala Ji Temple:
This Temple is situated at a distance of 40 Km from Dausa City on National Highway 11 towards Mahwa/ Agra at Ghata Mehandipur, District Dausa, Rajasthan.
History of Mehandipur Bala Ji Temple:
It is dedicated to Lord Hanuman Ji also known as Lord Bala Ji. It is said that an image of Lord Hanuman Ji and that of Pret Raja (the king of spirits) appeared from Aravalli hills. For installing these images, this Temple was built by Late Shri Ram Goswami.
Architecture of the Temple:
It is made up of sand, cement, lime mortar, marble and granite. It is famous all over India for treatment of mentally disturbed people by Pret Raj. The people suffering from malignant spirits, epilepsy, paralysis, barrenness and black magic come here to get relief. It has a shrine of Bala Ji, a shrine of Bheru Ji, Court of Pret Raja, Pooja Griha and accommodation for visitors.
Visiting Hours in the Temple:
The Temple remains open on all days from 5.00 A.M. to 9.00 P.M. in Summers and from 8.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M. in Winters.
