Location of Temple Shri Venkateshwar Ji:

This Temple is situated at a distance of 1 Km from Sujangarh Railway Station in town Sujangarh, District Churu, Rajasthan

History of the Temple:

It is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwar Ji also known as Tirupati Bala Ji. This is the only Temple dedicated to Lord Venkateshwar Ji in Northern India. It was built in the year 1994 by Shri Venkateshwar Foundation Trust, Sujangarh.

Architecture of the Temple:

The temple is built in South Indian style of architecture. The Shikhar of the inner temple has on it statuettes of Gods and Goddesses. The hall of the inner temple is made of marble. There is a Sabha mandap and also a beautiful Gopuram and elevated Shikhar which is flat at the top. The idol of Lord Venkateshwar is installed in the inner Temple. By his side is the idol of Shri Vishnu and on either side the idols of Bhudevi and Laxmi Ji. These deities are worshiped in the South Indian tradition and all the rules and rituals of South India are observed. At one side of the temple is Padmawati, while on the other side is Godadevi.

Visiting Hours in the Temple:

The Temple remains open on all days from 5.30 A.M. to 9.15 P.M.
