Location of Kshar Bagh:
This old Garden is located near the Shikar Burj on the edges of Jait Sagar Lake at a distance of 5 Km from Bundi City, District Bundi, Rajasthan.
History & Architecture of the Garden:
It has about 66 cenotaphs of the erstwhile royal families of Bundi, crafted from yellow sandstone and marble. Some of the cenotaphs have intricate carvings. The oldest cenotaph is of Duda (1540 A.D.) and the most artistic is of Rao Raja Vishnu Singh (1823 A.D.). It is a fine example of Bundi’s impressive architecture.

This garden is not open for the public and prior permission is required to visit it.
