This Temple is situated at a distance of 1 Km from Bikaner Railway Station inside Bikaner City, District Bikaner, Rajasthan.

History of Temple Shri Raj Ratan Bihari Ji:

It is dedicated to Lord Krishna, Mata Radha Ji and Mata Rukmani Ji.

The Queen of Narendra Maharaja Rao Ratan Singh (1828-1851 A.D.), the ruler of Bikaner inspired her husband to build a Temple of Lord Krishna, as she was a devotee of Lord Krishna. So this Temple was built in the year 1851 A.D. by Maharaja Ratan Singh. It was completed by Narendra Maharaja Rao Sardar Singh (1851-1872 A.D.), the son and successor of Maharaja Ratan Singh.

Architecture of Temple Shri Raj Ratan Bihari Ji:

The artistic architecture of the Temple is worth seeing. It has been built of white marble, lime mortar and red stone of Dulmera. The main gate is built of marble and bears carved works in marble. All the pillars in the mandap are beautifully polished and Coconut and leaves of Fonesia Ashoka are engraved on them. The idols of Lord Krishna, Mata Radha Ji and Mata Rukmani Ji are made of brown and black stone and these are installed inside the Sanctum Sanctorum. The Temple does not have the traditional Shikhar. The entire Temple Complex is encircled by a wall. It has a huge garden in the front and an open space for holding religious functions at the back side.

Visiting Hours in the Temple:

The Temple remains open on all Days from 7.15 A.M. to 7.20 P.M.
