It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is situated under a large stone and has a Shiva Lingam and a brass Nandi (the Shiva’s carrier). A huge fair, which continues for 8 to 10 days, is organised here during the Shivratri Festival on the Krishna Chaturdashi (the 14th day of the waning moon) in the month of Phalguna (February/March). The devotees also gather here in large numbers in the month of Shravan (July/August) to pay homage to Lord Shiva.
Another Temple dedicated to Chamunda Mata is situated at the top of a hill and this place provides a panoramic view of the entire Bhilwara City. One can also enjoy Sunset and Sunrise at this place.
