Location of the Temple:
This ancient Temple is situated at a distance of 40 Km from Banswara City, 15 Km West of Kushalgarh town and 7.5 Km East of Village Kalinjar in Village Andeshwar, District Banswara, Rajasthan. On the Banswara-Dahod road one has to take left turn after Kalinjara Naaka and the road goes straight to the Temple.
History & Architecture of the Temple:
The Temple is dedicated to Lord Parshavnath Ji, the 23rd Tirthankar of Jains. It is situated on a small beautiful hill inside a dense forest. A black stone idol of Lord Parshavnath believed to be dating back to 10th Century A.D. has been installed here. It is said that this idol was recovered by the Adivasi farmers while tilling their land. It also houses rare Shilalekhs of 10th Century A.D.
