Eco Drum Clean: The build-up of scrud in the machine can result in stains on the clothes. This program cleans the drum & removes bacteria. After every 40 washes, the Eco Drum Clean reminder appears on the screen. Run this cycle once every 40 washes. - Optional Washing Programs: Press the Options button to select the desired program.
Pre Wash: To remove tough stains from shirt neck, collar & sleeves, kids sports wear etc. This program adds preliminary washing cycle before the main wash cycle. To use this option, put prewash detergent into the prewash compartment.
Intensive Wash: To effectively wash heavily soiled laundry.
Rinse+: To add additional rinse cycles. - Temperature: Press this button to change the water temperature for the selected washing cycle.
- Spin: Press this button to change the spinning speed for the selected washing cycle.
Rinse Hold: The final rinse process is suspended & the laundry remains in the water. Run a drain or spin process to unload the laundry.
No Spin: The spinning process does not start after the final drain process.
Spin Only: To use this option, press Spin button for 3 seconds. When the cycle time & spinning speed are displayed, press spin button repeatedly to select a desired spinning speed. - Soak: To remove stubborn stains from the clothes. Press Soak button to activate/ deactivate this function.
- Delay End: Is used to delay the finishing time of the operation. Finishing time can be delayed upto 24 hours. Each pressing of the Delay End button advances on finishing time by 1 hour. The time on the display is the finishing time, not the start time. To cancel Delay End, press the Power button.
- Child Lock Function: For locking all the buttons to prevent settings from being changed by a child. To activate/ deactivate this option, press and hold Temperature & Spin buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- Sound On/Off: To Turn On or Off the sound from the washing machine, press and hold Spin & Options buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- Smart Check: Download & install the ‘Samsung Smart Washer App’ from Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your smartphone. To activate this option, press and hold Options & Delay End buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The washing machine will start self diagnosis and display an information code, if a problem exists.
