This beautifully landscaped lush green garden is located on the banks of river Chambal near Amar Niwas Palace at a distance of 1.5 Km from Kota City, District Kota, Rajasthan.
Attractions of Chambal Garden:
It is a lovely picnic spot with thousands of plant species in Kota City. The boating facilities is an added attraction and it is also the start point for boat rides into the Chambal gorge. The thunderous sound of the river Chambal further enhances the beauty of the place. The sight of the flowing river and bird watching is a refreshing experience. Another attraction here is a murky pond located inside the garden which once had a number of Gharials and Crocodiles whose number has now reduced drastically due to uncontrolled hunting. This pond can be crossed via a suspension bridge. It also has enclosures for birds, rabbits etc.
