First Year of Engineering & Technology:
For Maharashtra State Candidates & All India Candidates: The candidate should be an Indian National and Passed the HSC or its equivalent exam with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects with 50% marks in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology with 50% marks. OR Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by the UGC with 50% marks. These candidates should have qualified MHT-CET/ JEE (Main) Paper-1/ PERA CET/ SGUEE/ Any other State level Entrance Test of States in India/ Any other National level Test conducted by recognised Private or Deemed University.
For NRI/ OCI/ PIO/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf countries/ Foreign National: Passed the HSC or its equivalent exam with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects with 50% marks in the above subjects taken together.
Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry):
For M.S. Candidates/ All India Candidates: The candidate should be an Indian National and should have Passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology with 45% marks in appropriate Branch of Engineering & Technology from an AICTE or Central or State Govt. approved Institution. OR Passed B.Sc. Degree from a UGC or AIU recognized University with 45% marks and passed HSC with Mathematics as a subject, provided that students belonging to this category shall clear the subjects of Engg. Graphics/ Engg. Drawing & Engg. Mechanics of the first year Engineering Program along with second year subjects.
Note: The BC/ PwD applicants, belonging to Maharashtra State only, are given a relaxation of 5% of marks in the minimum eligibility requirement.

First Year of Engineering & Technology:
All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only on School of Technology Sanjay Ghodawat University Kolhapur Website (www.sanjayghodawatuniversity.ac.in/school-technology).
The admission is based on the score in MHT-CET conducted by State CET Cell, Govt. of Maharashtra (For details visit ww.mahacet.org)/ JEE (Main) Paper 1 conducted by National Testing Agency (For details visit www.nta.ac.in or https://jeemain.nta.nic.in)/ PERA CET conducted by Preeminent Education & Research Association (For details visit www.peraindia.in)/ SGUEE, a National level Entrance Test conducted by Sanjay Ghodawat University Kolhapur/ Any other State level Entrance Test of States in India/ Any other National level Test conducted by recognised Private or Deemed University.
Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry):
All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only on School of Technology Sanjay Ghodawat University Kolhapur Website (www.sanjayghodawatuniversity.ac.in/school-technology). The admission is based on the marks secured in the qualifying exam.

Four Academic years comprising of 8 Semesters, Three Academic years comprising of 6 Semesters for lateral entry candidates.

For M.S. Candidates/ All India Candidates:
For Non-Sponsored Candidates: The candidate should be an Indian National and Passed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering & Technology from AICTE or Central or State Government approved Institutions or equivalent with 50% marks (45% marks for BC/ PwD applicants belonging to Maharashtra State only).
For Sponsored Candidates: Minimum of 2 years of full time work experience in a registered Firm/ Company/ Industry/ Educational and/or Research Institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.
For M.Tech. Artificial Intelligence & Data Science: Passed (or appeared in the final year exam) in B.E./ B.Tech./ AMIE in Computer Hardware & Software/ Information Technology/ Information Security/ Computer Science/ Computer Engg. or Technology/ Computer Hardware/ Computer Science & Engg. or Technology/ Computer Telecommunication with valid GATE score in CS/ Any of the Entrance Test of State Level or National Level conducted by Competent Authority/ SGUEE.
For M.Tech. Structural Engineering: Passed (or appeared in the final year exam) in B.E./ B.Tech./ AMIE in Civil & Water Management Engg./ Civil Engg./ Construction Engg./ Energy & Environmental Engg./ Environmental Engg./ Environmental Science & Technology/ Structural Engg./ Town & Country Planning with valid GATE score in CE/ Any of the Entrance Test of State Level or National Level conducted by Competent Authority/ SGUEE.

All the candidates are required to register & fill the Application form On-line only on School of Technology Sanjay Ghodawat University Kolhapur Website (www.sanjayghodawatuniversity.ac.in/school-technology).
The admission is based on the score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted jointly by the IISc and all the IITs. The seats remaining vacant, thereafter, are filled on the basis of marks secured in the PERA CET conducted by Preeminent Education & Research Association (For details visit www.peraindia.in)/ SGUEE, a National level Entrance Test conducted by Sanjay Ghodawat University Kolhapur/ Any of the Entrance Test of State Level or National Level conducted by Competent Authority.
